My Story
Eduardo Sanchez is Senior Vice President and Head of Cyber & Intelligence for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). In his role, Eduardo is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company's global strategy on fraud prevention, cybersecurity, identity, and network solutions, driving long-term, sustainable growth in the region.

He brings extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure the safety, security and experience of Mastercard products and solutions for consumers, merchants, partners and governments.
​
Eduardo joined Mastercard in 2009 in Brazil as part of Business Development for Data & Services (D&S), and has since held various positions within the company. He has led D&S Sales, and Client Services, at the divisional, regional, and global levels, and most recently, served as the sales lead for the Caribbean and Andean divisions.
​
Before joining Mastercard, Eduardo worked at global consulting firms, including Boston Consulting Group and Accenture in Brazil, and Citibank in Europe.
​
Eduardo received his Electrical Engineering degree from Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from The University of Chicago, and is currently pursuing his doctorate at Vanderbilt University.
