Ticket Invoicing of bank transfers. Please send an email to thessaly.zimmerman@futuralab.org with amount of tickets, organization name, email address (to submit the eTickets) and phone number. We will send the bank transfer information. Once proof of payment is received, we will send out your eTickets.
You can buy tickets for the Aruba Innovation Summit by visiting our official website and clicking on the Get Tickets Button. The fees for the event vary depending on the type of ticket you purchase. We offer Early Bird tickets for a discounted rate, as well as General Admission tickets and Student Passes come at a discounted rate with proper Student ID. Tickets will be available for sale through our website and PAY.AW. If you wish to purchase tickets through bank transfers please send us an email to info@arubainnovationsummit.org

Yes, the Renaissance Wind Creek Conference Center Aruba offers on-site accommodations for attendees. Additionally, there are several nearby hotels within a short distance of the venue, including the Talk of the Town, Hyatt Place Aruba Airport, and low-rise Eagle Beach hotels and high-rise Palm Beach hotels. We recommend booking your accommodations early to ensure availability and the best rates
Free Parking on Renaissance Property: Guests are welcome to park their vehicles anywhere on the Renaissance property at no cost. This includes various parking areas around the conference center. Exception - Renaissance Marketplace: Please be aware that parking directly in front of the Renaissance Marketplace is not included in the free parking arrangement. If you choose to park in this area, standard parking fees will apply. Early arrival is recommended.
