Marlon Kock has undertaken a multifaceted journey throughout his 20+ year career in IT, spanning both the public and private sectors. His expertise in User Experience Design played a pivotal role during his tenure as a lecturer at the university, where he taught the next generation of tech enthusiasts how to identify poor product design and effectively remedy it. Marlon currently leads the IT Projects team at Aruba Bank, a team tasked with process automation, product development, innovation R&D, and the enhancement of the bank's key services. In addition to his professional work and academic involvement, Marlon is a frequent speaker at conferences and events. At the Aruba Innovation Summit, he will delve into the practices that high-performing companies excel at and how AI can play a role in these areas. The goal is to focus on the practical applications of AI and to distill complex concepts into digestible information, enabling participants to grasp key takeaways and apply them as actionable insights.
